Workout: Long Run (suggested pace - 10:55)
- Overall Average Pace - 10:15
- I was good for 8 of the 10 miles. The final 2 were arduous and a test of my will. Thank goodness I was far enough away from home that I had no choice but to complete the total distance.
- I am hoping that I am just out of shape and this is not my body's slow decline to old age.
