- This was a hot morning. I left the house at 5:30, but the temperature was already at 71°.
- My suggested pace seemed impossibly slow. I thought, with the heat and himidity, I would just run whatever pace my body set for itself. I was pleased with the results. I felt comfortable and relaxed the entire time.
- I have aother half-marathon in two weeks so training in the heat is helpful. It's been such a cool Spring that last weeks heat wave really threw me off my race pace. Hopefully, at this upcoming race, I'll see improved results.
