AM - 4 miles. On Saturday my heel really started hurting, then got better, then got worse. I think I have Plantar Fasciitis. I've had this before and switched shows and it got better around 2 weeks. This time I don't know if it's the shoes or the increased running because I wasn't running as much when I was training for the triathlon. I'm going to get some new shoes today, I haven't been too impressed with the Brooks. PM - 4 more in pain. My heel is really hurting. I bought new insoles and they helped a little. I also tried barefoot running on the cushy grass of a golf course. When I got home I iced a lot, bought some running shoes online and a velcro strap things that is supposed to help. |
