I live in Kauai, Hawaii with my wife and 3 kids. I ran x-country and track in high school. I had too much fun in college and never tried out for the teams. I graduated from BYU Provo.
Lunch - Today I did a track workout. I did some warm up, 3 x 1 mile, strides, and cooldown. My miles splits were 5:21, 5:19, 5:23. I wanted to do 4 but I didn't have enough time and the 3rd mile wasn't easy.
