I live in Kauai, Hawaii with my wife and 3 kids. I ran x-country and track in high school. I had too much fun in college and never tried out for the teams. I graduated from BYU Provo.
Lunch - 5 miles on the track. I did a couple fast miles to see if I'm still in shape. I beat my goal and did the first one in 4:58.
