Personal:

I live in Kauai, Hawaii with my wife and 3 kids.  I ran x-country and track in high school. I had too much fun in college and never tried out for the teams. I graduated from BYU Provo.

Just a short summary.... I ran slow.  The race started out slow so I took off for a little bit then got passed by the #1 runner and I couldn't keep up.  I was really dissapointed with my time but I think it does reflect the training I have been doing.  In the end I was motivated to run more.  I only run 20-30 miles a week with no long runs and very little speed work.  I don't think I have ever ran 60 miles a week or more.  So I've decided I am going to run more and do well in some upcoming races.

That's a real solid effort. Nice job.
