I live in Kauai, Hawaii with my wife and 3 kids. I ran x-country and track in high school. I had too much fun in college and never tried out for the teams. I graduated from BYU Provo.
Lunch - 6.2 miles down to the fruit loop. These were hard miles because Shay kept Heidi and I awake for a long time last night so we are pretty tired today.

The fruit loop? I love Froot Loops, but not the same I guess!
Nice run, it is hard when babies keep you up. I still have not recovered from 5 kids, and the youngest is 4!
