I live in Kauai, Hawaii with my wife and 3 kids. I ran x-country and track in high school. I had too much fun in college and never tried out for the teams. I graduated from BYU Provo.
AM - 5 miles early morning run. Today was the coldest day in Hawaii I have experienced in my 2 years here. I had to not only wear a shirt, it was a long-sleeve shirt and I was still cold.
PM - 2.5 miles w/ Ty in the stroller to get him to sleep.
