I live in Kauai, Hawaii with my wife and 3 kids. I ran x-country and track in high school. I had too much fun in college and never tried out for the teams. I graduated from BYU Provo.
No run today. I'm trying to rest for the big race on Monday. It will be the biggest race I have ever run (estimated 22,000 people),
