So do you just happen to have a 5.2 and a 5.1 mile route, and some days you choose to do the 5.1 mile one cause the 5.2 is just "that much" too long?

Nope I don't have different routes....some days I just like to mix it up a little and run .1 further. Did you find a race yet? I can't remember if I told you about this one but I'm trying to get into the Mount Marathon race in Seward, Alaska - http://www.seward.com/news-events/marathon/race_details.htm .I don't know Nan on the blog but I think I first saw this race on her blog a while back.

I put a bunch of races on a list for me, and I'll probably end up doing half or so of them.

That would be awesome to do a race in Alaska. I imagine that would be a long flight- I doubt there are any direct flights. Very beautiful, though.
