I live in Kauai, Hawaii with my wife and 3 kids. I ran x-country and track in high school. I had too much fun in college and never tried out for the teams. I graduated from BYU Provo.
5 miles on the track. I had a birthday yesterday and I wanted to make sure I could still run a 5 minute mile. I did it in 5:04 but not all out so I am happy.
