4 miles with Anya and Lisa around Kent, I'm so glad I went, it was drizzling out and I really wanted to stay all warm and cozy inside but now I feel good. Before hand we got our feet analyzed at Road Runner, which was really interesting. Apparently I have high arches and major overpronation so I need a mega stability shoe, which is great, that's what I have. I think I'll try to get the Saucony Hurricane 11 for my next shoe, its stability+. Lots of stopping at stop lights and crossing the street today and I didn't always stop my watch, so some slower splits today. Splits: 11:20, 10:08, 10:17, 10:32 6 days in a row of running this week (bad, but still good, in a bad way :-) ), a total of 21.1 actual running miles! Yippee. Next week I need to stick to 4-5 days of running, and do yoga on 3 days. **Did 5 more miles walking on the treadmill while watching a movie. Was feeling a little guilty for overindulging a little yesterday so tried to work off some calories.
