Ran 3 miles on the treadmill, then walked 2 more. My ankle was kind of bothering me, but that cut from last Monday is really hurting, its a scab now so you can feel the tightness in every move (too much info??!!) so unfortunately its really hard to distinguish that pain from ankle fracture pain. Hopefully its the scab.
