got up early again, though legs felt tired from all the walking yesterday, I felt like I could have run again, which made me happy. restrained myself though, and just did an hour long walk, prob 4 miles. then lots of walking the rest of the day. snorkeled hanauma bay, but it was sooo choppy and preety murky. maybe bc trop storm lana just passed by?

ran 3 miles again!! then a half mile cooldown. splits were 10:59, 10:34, & 10:27. im starting to get a little bit faster already!

then we hiked diamond head, which was definitely a calorie burner! I was pouring sweat. beautiful views though.

then later we went to dave and busters, and decided to just start walking back instead of waiting for he bus, that was prob about 3 miles.

prob lightest walking day. walked some in search of snorkeling (failed) then walked pretty far for dinner, which you cook on the grill yourself, and I did a poor job!

no run today, will have to get it iin tomorrow. went in search of Lost film sites today :-) walked about 2 at least at turtle bay trying to find a special banyan tree, then a hot 2 at waimea falls, and at least 1 more for randomness.

ran 3 this morning, then half mile cool down. my garmin would not "locate satellites" for the whole first 10 mins, which really made me mad! has this been a problem for anyone else? so I think I ran 3. splits of second 2 miles were 10:07 and 10:29.

we're leaving tomorrow morning..... ssaaaadddd. back to real life. guess the upside is we'll miss hurricane felicia?

walked 9 holes of golf today. meant to get up early and run but guess I'm still on hawaii time, plus for some reason my ankle was sooo swollen yesterday, it was really weird. I don't know why, yesyterday was seriously the most wasted day ever, between airport shenanigans, a 6 hour flight, a 3 hr time change, and a 3 hr drive to portland to get the beloved dog, I walked probably a tenth of a mile yesterday. oh well, I'll try tomorrow.
