ran 3 miles again!! then a half mile cooldown. splits were 10:59, 10:34, & 10:27. im starting to get a little bit faster already! then we hiked diamond head, which was definitely a calorie burner! I was pouring sweat. beautiful views though. then later we went to dave and busters, and decided to just start walking back instead of waiting for he bus, that was prob about 3 miles. |
