What a GORGEOUS sunny 70+ degree day. Went golfing this morning with Justin's dad (HORRIBLE, I literally lost at least 10 balls). Then I drove down to the flat and ran 5 miles. I took the shortest strides ever, walked a minute about every 10 minutes, and went really really ridiculously slow. That is my new game plan. I actually felt pretty ok today, so that's improvement. Then got back to the car, grabbed my bike, and rode 6 miles (30 minutes). Then took Cooper to the dog park! Lovely day.
