The only PT appt I could get this week was at 7am in seattle, ugh.  After some torture (only stick torture this week, no scraping!) I went for a run on Burke-Gilman trail.  Did 15 strides of about .1 in length each.  This was a great workout, I am so tired now! I should do this workout every week.  Now I am all sweaty and gross and have to go to class and work without a shower though.

Sorry about the torture - hope it helps! My Dr. (he is also my coach) only said that he doesn't think that I need very much shoe, even on trails, and that running in less shoe will help me run better. Today's run was half trail, half road, and I wore the same shoes.

You speak crazy talk! You are soo fast, still!
