Ran 2 miles on the TM at 5.0 (12:00, that's right, 12 minute miles!). Did .5 mile warm-up and 1 mile cool-down for total of 3.5 At the end felt a tiny ache in my ankle. Ugh, why can't i just be 100% and do whatever I want? I'll try again on Tuesday and see how it is. Bone scan sometime this week. Day 3: 8, 10, 7, 7, 10(max)
