I hate hate hate my knee.  I'm so sick of this! I fel I've been doing EVERYTHING.... AND i'm out of ideas.  Advice?

I'm going to join the community center on Wednesday, swimming, elliptical, and weights are my future I guess.  Though I do need to run 4.5 more miles before next Saturday!

The gym will be fun and we will learn to dance of course you probably already know some amazing moves but I will need to learn and even then... people will laugh at me.

Sorry about the knee, sometimes our body parts just need a GOOD break. And I think weights are CRUCIAL! Enjoy the gym, it is my sanity!
