9 holes of golfing today, it was horrific. Had a temper tantrum with golf (we broke up) during holes 5 and 6. Then of course got a par on hole 9 (isn't that how it always works?) to renew our relationship. Did 30 minutes on the recumbent bike in the basement, after 15 minutes and the end did squats, sit-ups, etc. Ankle still weird.
