3 miles running outside with Cooper! Splits were: 10:01, 10:01, 9:52, for a total average pace less than 10 min/miles! ha, barely, but still! It's nice to see quick improvement. Met my goal of the week for 12 miles running (19.4 total with walking). Next week's goal: 13 miles (3,3,3,4). I think I'll keep with 4 days a week until at least November if not December, working up to 15 weekly miles (3,3,4,5). Then we'll see how I feel, maybe I can go to 5 days a week!
