Did my run/walk circuit around the neighborhood. Ended up with 6 minutes of running and 3 minutes of walking, for a little over 9 minutes to do .7 miles. I'm sllooowwwww these days! Its funny how slow I run, probably about the speed someone else could speed walk. I'm so scared to have all my weight fall on my left ankle, so I'm so gingerly gentle about it! I'm feeling more and more optimistic. Maybe I could make a goal to do a 5k in September? A sloowwww 5k! I think I will focus on 5ks and 10ks this next year and make a real slow come-back to the half-marathon/marathon. I still need to get fitted for shoes.
