failed day 1 of eating good due to some delicious banana chocolate chip pancakes husband made me, but passed day 1 of get back in shape. 1 hour on the bike, 14 miles 50 situps 15 girl pushups (im weak and ankle can't handle it yet) 30 squats 30 bicep curls 30 tricep things 20 oblique bends each side gotta stick with it!!!!!! |
