Beautiful run on the beach this morning with Cooper.  My stomach is kind of hating me for my weekend of bad eating (I'm not going to say indulgence because we didn't really eat anything good), and I'm sure the scale will too.  Need to have a veggie detox tomorrow.

Cant wait to run on the beach! :) Next time we hang you'll have to show me how to track mileage on my shoes. PS what is AP and I am learning splits are everytime you change pace??

Are you doing race for the roses?

From nicole on Tue, Feb 16, 2010 at 17:11:20 from 173.150.113.145

AP = average pace, TT = total time, -plits are my mile times, the Garmin tells them to me.

not doing the race of the roses as of now, but would like to! Want to do it with me? It's the race I broke my ankle in last year so I'd like to conquer it! Want to?!
