8 miles around the neighborhood this morning. Meant to do 10, but 8 was already pushing it with lateness. Felt much better, but still soooo sluggish, legs felt very heavy.

Later went to the Brooks biomechanics study again and ran probably a mile (maybe a little more) on their treadmills, broken up into a bunch of different segments in 5 different shoes. I wish I could work for Brooks! Sadly I don't think my current degree is setting me up for a job there. |
