30 minutes on the bike trainer, broken into 2 15 minute sections with squats, lunges, plank, push-ups, etc. in between and after and then my PT exercises after all of that. This actually felt like a really good workout, sweat was pouring off my forehead at one point. If I could do this 3 days a week I think I'd be in good shape. Decided to try doing the 100 push-up challenge again, so today was Day #1 - did 6, 6, 4, 4, 8 (max). I don't think my calves have ever been so sore as today, which is weird because I swear I didn't do that much at the PT yesterday. Going up and down the 3 stories at my work, 4 stories at the parking garage, and 4 huge stories at UW was rouuughhhh.
