16 miles around the neighborhood on the bike while Rachael did her long 11 mile run.  She dominates!  I am not a very good bike rider, this was hard and I was slow.  I rode while Rachael ran a few times to catch my breath which made my slowness even slower!  How do people ride so much faster than this?  The hills kill my quads, they were on fire and so tired!  So I did a bunch of loops around the lower culdesacs so I didn't have to do as many loops with the hills.  I wore my heart rate monitor!

Heart rate ranged from 109 to 139 with a max of 156.

Then we golfed 9 holes at Jade Green.  I got a 53, which is good (for me! I realize its horrible for most people!).  Then off to the horse races for the Kentucky Derby!

Good for you for just getting out there and doing it! Nice you've been using your heart rate monitor!
