7am-  Today for practice we did another test.  This test was 15 as far as you can.  I didn't do the other test.  I got 2 miles and 685 meters.  My legs felt good like my knee and my achilles.  But I felt really out of shape still and my legs felt sluggish.  Still getting back into things.

7am-  While the team was doing their workout, me and paul did 2 miles on the grass.  I ran barefoot.  After was the kids club and I paced a couple races.

7am-  Ran 3 miles on the grass.  really nice and my achilles and everything felt good.

7am-  Me and Paul took a day off since we are still slowly working in more miles and stuff.  So walk over to coaches house and ran in his pool.  We came up with a workout that consisted of 30 second sprints and couple minutes hard and different length recover.  It was hard and good.

7am-  Today for practice we met at green springs park.  We were doing our warmups and all when I stepped on a wasp and it stung me.  It wasn't too bad since the stinger didn't get stuck in but it hurt dang bad for like 20 minutes.  We ran 5 miles on the mustang pass trail.  The way up was really fast so who went down with me, we went nice and easy.
