Went over to the rec center and did a hard pool run.

Did a hard bike workout at the rec.  Intervals of hard and easy 1 mins.

I ran 1 mile.   My foot felt like a little swollen in the place but no pain.  Then I went to the rec and bike medium hard for 30 minutes.

3pm -  Ran with the team.  Probably pushed it a little too hard with my foot today.  Taking it easy for the weekend.  execpt for the cross training.

Went over to the rec and did a workout on a bike after the track meet.  12*1 min hard with 1 minute easy in between each one.  5 mins warm and cool.  It was hard but I just imagined I was doing like a 1:55 800.
