6am - 3 miles. Legs still feeling pretty battered from the half.
3pm - 3 miles and striders. the 3 miles was really fast; I don't think we went over 7 minute pace. But it was okay and seemed to clear out some soreness in my legs. After was our track decathlon to see who's good at what. Today was the 110m hurdles and the high jump, which were both fun. I got 19.26 and 4'9". I was still going on the high jump but my knee hurt and it was like 5:45 so I wanted to go home.
