am- 3 miler arctic circle as usual. It was colder than normal like 40 degrees but i like it. pm- Workout in the afternoon. The total mileage was 7 miles about. We had our harts warm up then did the workout which was 1 minute hard and 1 minute recover, then 2 minutes and so on up to 4 minutes. Then 3, 2, 1, then cool down. This workout was okay but not too hardcore. I don't really know what was up, my legs just didn't have it. I would try to go faster, i even would say out loud, "go faster you fool!" I finally started catching people by the end but I didn't stay up with krenshaw and reed and kyler and them most of the time like i normaly can. It was just weird. |
