Pm - really short mileage today. Started out with some handoffs, trying to perfect ours for the medley so we each run the optimal distance. Then 4 400's, did like 1:14, 1:10, 1:08, 1:03. Right hip felt uncomfortable on those. Not really painful but could be better. After I went in to the trainer and got E stem. Later it tightened up so I did lots of stretching and yoga. Hopefully I can hold on this week and it will be good enough to get through 4 races. Then I'll have two weeks to heal it for good!!! 3.5 miles
