Am- 30 mins easy
Pm- 3x mile. Goal times were 5:35, 5:25, and 5:15. Got 5:35, 5:25, and 5:07. Good workout then a killer ploy type workout after. Im pretty sure I officially broke my nose about a week ago playing ultimate frisbee cuz the swelling is gone but my nasal bone is bent slightly to the right. Bummer
