6am- artic circle three miles. 3pm- 4x 2 mins and 5x400's with harts warm/cool. I felt pretty good this workout. I tried to remember about what coach said about fear and stuff. So I just kinda blanked my mind and looked foward to the pain, knowing it was only gonna last a couple minutes. On the 400's i was staying right up in the front so hopefully i was just pushing and everybody else felt fine also. Paul is gonna be up with us next race and SUNSHINE IS GOIN DOWN! |
