6am- This morning run felt really nice. It was a cool temperature. But the best was that i felt great with my foot and all. So that was good. 3pm- Dude it was super hot. I sweated a lot. Believe or not. Haha that rymes. Anyways we did harts warm/cool and us level 2s were supposed to do 5x 3 mins but coach made me and paul do just three cuz of our problems. The first one i stayed right about with hunter cuz coach said for us to stay with somebody. Then hunter started fading on the second so i stayed with kyler. On the last one i tried to stay with kyler but i was dying and my legs felt funny and i faded back behind him a bit like 50 feet. After we lifted weights but i didn't have to do plyos cuz of my foot. (yes!) |
