6:30am - The boys were booking it. I couldn't keep up. It was nice and pain free run, I have been taking care of my body good.
3pm - 2x1000m. and 2x300m all out. First we did a 1.5 mile warm up. Then we got into the workout. I got out good on the first 200m and just kept it rollin. Led most of the way and cruised to a 2:57. The next one Byron led and I stuck on him the whole time, 3:02. The first 300m I got a 42. The next I felt so tired and my legs were dead, I got 45. The cool down was rough. I was dead tired and felt kinda light headed. I could feel my heartbeat in the roof of my mouth hard core. 1.5 miles. Total 4.5 for the afternoon.
