6:30am - 3 miles.
3pm - 1.5 mile warmup first off. Then 1600m repeat workout. The wind was a bugger. My times were 5:18, 5:21, 5:21, 5:13. The middle 2 were slowed a bit by the wind. Coach had us work on running really close to each other to block the wind. I ran hard on the last, and Andrew pushed up with me and Paul good. Lifted weights after to get strong and cut.
