6:30am - 2 miles, posterior tibialis tendonitis bugging again. I need to roll more and make it a habit.
3pm - 16 200's for practice today at 1600m race pace. It was a good workout. Not too hard but got my legs tired by the end. It really helped when I focused on turnover and pushing off my toes, I got my pace much easier. The last few were a bit fast cuz my form was just so legit I guess. and my goal was 34.5 seconds. 7.2 miles total.
