3pm - Went to the pool right after school and did a really good pool run workout. The team was doing a set of 600m, 400, 300, 200, 100 on the track. So I kinda copied it in the pool even though it wasn't really the same thing at all. I did 6 min, 4 min, 3, 2, 1, each with half length of time recovery. It was very hard a got my legs really burning.
