11am - Really rough day on my body yesterday so I went and pool ran. The team was doing their 600, 400, 300, 200, 100 workout so I got what my times would have been for that and did them all out in the pool. I did 2x(1:32, 1:00, :45, :26, and :13), each as hard as i could for that length of time. My recoverys were all around like 40 seconds average. It was very hard. I warmed up 5 mins and cooled down 5 mins.
