Am - I just ran around my neighborhood. It was very peaceful and dope. I did a little fartleksi workout in my 40 ,minute run. 4*3 min fartleks with 3 min recovery. I really felt strong and solid and so it was a beast swag run where I saw lots of cool old people I know walking. 5.3 miles about. Feeling great after the backpacking trip last week around Mt. Whitney. Something that will raise hell today: imma grout tile with my homie Jake Taylor for 8 plus hours and make stacks. |
