7pm-  Today was the Pine View Invite and it was cool.  It was a huge meat. There was so much people.  I ran the 4*800 meter with Andrew, Hunter, and David.  We did pretty good for our skill levels.  We had to wait around all day waiting for our race witch was 2nd to last.  At around 3 I went and ran the DI loop with paul.  At like three, me and paul walked around the stadium.  Watching all the races was way cool, especially the seeded boys 1600.  45 minutes before our race, me, hunter, andrew, and dave went and did harts and back to warm up.  While the girls heats went on their relays we did some strides on the field and then around 7 we raced.  I was the final leg.  Andrew had positioned me about 2 meters behind parowan, so coach told me that he was a rabit and I had to catch him.  So I got the baton and started rollin.  I passed the panguitch kid with a fast first 200.  I felt good and just focused keeping that pace.  That first wall of doubt came at about the 200 mark.  I got rid of that thought immediatly and cleared my mind the rest of the race.  i just focused on staying on my toes and moving each leg foward one at a time.  It passed by so quick.  After I had passed the parowan kid, nobody was close to me to I just ran fast as I could and broke my own record by 4 seconds.  Now I just need a couple of seconds to qualify for BYU.  Bueno.  Then I ran .75 miles with andrew after.

Great job Nick! I wasn't running that time, until the end of my soph. year during track! Your a beast man! Keep recovering, and back into great shape! :)
