Am -  I ran 2.5 miles on the ground today.  Also the air that I ran through was cold and uncomfortable.  Also shout out to my left leg for being sore.

Pm -  Just an easy seis miles around sandberg's pond in the desert.  We ran through the mating grounds of Marlar, wow that was so sketchy.  Especially being a male human.  But yeah good run.  I didn't do our striders because of my previously shouted out sore foot.  I got my .5 mar tomorrow, that should be fun.  I'm going for a 1:05.
