Easy run this morning at 6:30 am. I will aquajog later tonight and do some core strength drills. too. Tommorrow I can run 45 mins! Very exciting!

I ran eight miles along the highline canal today! I didn't wear a watch, so I was unsure of pacing. After this injury, I have not developed a feel for specific pace. It seems like my coordination is all back, and mentally, I have no problem using my leg again, but details like specific pacing still seem to be a bit off. I guess it is irrelevant, though. I should run based upon perceived effort - pacing is merely a result of the effort level being put in (in various conditions & situations). This is the longest run I have completed in 10wks!!!

Easy run in the morning (6 miles), then 30 mins of aquajogging after work (I jogged to the rec center pool, too). Feeling good. Tommorrow I will do another eight mile run!

Today I ran eight miles on a dirt/gravel path starting in the greenbelt. Great run! Although I am nowhere near fit (yet), this may be the best I have felt in the last few months! I did core strength drills afterward.

Today was really hot. I moved apts. in the morning (it took nearly 8 hours!!!), then ran afterward. I was actually surprised with how my legs felt considering the mornings debacle. Overall, a good run!
