| I ran eleven easy miles today and the weather was great. It was overcast and raining slightly, just enough to keep you cool. I don't want to exceed my mileage goals too much, so I am going only eight tommorrow with my coach. The leg is healing slowly but surely (man my left leg seems like it hasn't been healthy for a long time now). Hopefully it will leave within the next week or two.
