| Ok, so this was the worst move I have made in my running career. I went out with my old coach on his long run and my knee didn't really hurt. By the end it did hurt a bit, but was not too bad. Really easy run today. My knee felt amazing!!! I was pain free, and could barely even feel "it". I also swam 30mins. Wetmore told me that he is going to put me in the 10,000 meter at conference in May assuming my knee is good. I really need to get rolling, but not until this knee thing is fully gone. I am going to keep swimming even when I begin hitting full mileage to really help increase my aerobic fitness. I am going to need it come May! | Add Comment |
