Alright, I had an EKG and Ultrasound of my heart this morning, and everything looked great!!! They said that my heart looked completely normal and very fit! This makes me soooo happy! During the ultrasound, it was really cool to see my heart beating on a screen while feeling it in my chest at the same time. Weird! They could even take sound clips to hear the blood flow! Well, thats a huge relief. I ran 10 miles in the afternoon and did some strides. I felt really good. Tommorrow is a workout. |
