YESSSS! Today was my first run in almost two weeks (actually, it was the even first bit of physical activity in two weeks). I ran easy and felt really good! I feel like I am just picking up where I left off a little while ago. Time to ascend to volume and start getting some solid mileage under my belt. Man, these breaks feel soooo good. I feel like I have an all new excitement/hunger to run, and am anxious to really work hard!!! |
