10mins running, 30mins of the elliptical & 30mins aquajogging. Soon I will graduate to 15 mins running! Big step...mileage board beware! Maybe I'll just triple my cross training miles and count them as running miles - then I'm sure to be at the top. I go to the massage therapist on Friday to get my soleus worked out. Hopefully it will not be as painful as Mark Plaatjes...whew that guys massages are brutal. Worst part is, last time he massaged over my stress fracture before we knew I had one! That grosses me out, him pushing really hard on my broken leg (good thing it didn't fully crack!). It was actually a pretty funny sight, me squiming on the bed like a worm (pretty much in tears), while he just emotionlessly digs his fingers around in my leg. Oh the pleasures of running! |
