Awesome! Today was 5x1500 repeats at a bit faster than threshold pace (to go a bit anaerobic). My group (Richard Medina, Rob Thayer, Greg Castro) was assigned 4:36 per 1500 (4:50-4:55/mile). The first two/three were really easy, but the last two had a bit more sting. On the final repeat, it was only me and Medina, trading off the lead. I hit the last split in 4:34, which felt really good. I love finishing a workout going negative. We did some strides at the end, too. I feel great! |
